    By handcrafting the “rock look” out of concrete our projects are built to last. What would take hundreds of thousands of years for nature to create can be constructed by Rockscapes artistic and creative team in no time.  We start with a structural footing.  Then, when the steel is stubbed out of the footing, re-bar is tied and shaped as the infrastructure.  We use various materials for backing so that the base coat of Shot Crete (pneumatic placed grout) encapsulates the re-bar armature for structural integrity.  The next step involves the plumbing and waterproofing materials. When the structure coat has cured, another application of Shot Crete is applied for the texturing process followed by Rockscapes artistic carving.  The final step is our careful application of staining and glazing to the rock face,  this unique process provides it's natural appearance and the genuine look of ancient rock.
